    Stressful situation from the time I started till I returned the car. 1) The exterior is full of scratches all around the car 2) interior: seats worn out 3) Start car: noisy engine and parts of the car rattling. So annoying. 4) exit carpark -No season parking so need to pay $19 upon exit. Not enough in cash card. Need to reverse. By then there were 3 cars behind. Very embarrassing situation. Had to call customer service and was told to top up and take photo of receipt to send them. They will reimburse. Wasted 15mins reversing, calling, parking,topping up cash card and then finally exit carpark. 5) half on the road, engine line was turned on. Again had to message host to check. I was told to take photo and send to Drivelah support. On the highway, in the midst of driving, so many distraction. I had a senior citizen on wheelchair seated with me. My mind was worried should anything happen. 6) Ding dong to drivelah support and me, was told to take photo to see if the light was still on. I was I hospital. 7) Finally was told engine must be checked. It was such a stressful situation that I just wanted to.return the car ASAP. Never to rent this car again

    It wasn’t quite as smooth as my other previous car rides. While picking the car up, I spent 15mns waiting for the car to unlock after submitting the photos. The car does not have a season parking access and I had to pay $24 just to exit the carpark gantry. And now I have to take the trouble to send the parking receipt to DriveLah for a refund. Wasted another 10mns behind a closed gantry because I had earlier refused to pay for the carpark. The car was not in good condition as signs of wear and tear ate obvious on the interior. The car also had some leftover litter in the door pockets. While driving, the car tends to shake and the engine made loud noises. Not the best of rides.
